Diplomová práce Účelová kategorizace půdy jako zásah do vlastnického práva přináší analýzu institut účelové kategorizace půdy a jeho specifika na podkladě teoretického pojednání o vlastnickém právu, právu na příznivé životní prostředí a střetávání dvou ústavně zaručených práv. Cílem práce je provést posouzení aktuální právní úpravy účelové kategorizace půdy, včetně jednotlivých nástrojů, které jsou ve vztahu k ní využívány, a na základě tohoto posouzení identifikovat problematické otázky právní úpravy a posoudit proporcionalitu omezení vlastnického práva, které jednotlivé nástroje související s předmětným institutem zakládají. The purpose of this thesis is to assess current legislation of purposeful categorization of land, including the instruments that are used in relation to it, and to, based on the assessment, identify problematic issues of the legislation and asses the limitation of right to property that the individual instruments related to the institute create.
