[cze][eng] Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou zánětlivé polyneuropatie. Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je získání teoretických poznatků o polyneuropatii, jejich shrnutí a následné zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou zánětlivé polyneuropatie. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Obecná část charakterizuje polyneuropatii a obecně popisuje její dělení, klinický obraz, léčbu a fyzioterapii. Speciální část se věnuje kazuistice pacienta, vstupnímu kineziologickému rozboru, terapiím, výstupnímu kineziologickému rozboru a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Podklady pro zpracování speciální části bakalářské práce byly získány v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno v termínu od 2. 1. 2017 do 27. 1. 2017. The general section includes professional information about polyneuropathy, dividing of polyneuropathy, clinical picture of patients, treatment a physiotherapy. Specific part of the thesis contain case study and rehabilitation plan. The case study was prepared at the time of practise from January 2 to January 27 2017 at the rehabilitation department in Hospital Kladno.
