Souhrn: Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Obecná část informuje o poznatcích z odborné literatury k tématu amputace, protetiky a léčebné rehabilitace. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné podkolenní amputace. Obsahuje vstupní vyšetření, průběh terapií, výstupní vyšetření a závěrečné zhodnocení efektu terapie.
