Psychosomatická onemocnění tvoří významnou skupinu chorob. Je známo, že jejich hlavní příčinou je působení dlouhodobého stresu. Naopak pozitivně je můžeme ovlivnit zdravým životním stylem. Mohou se projevovat jako různé nemoci, postihující téměř všechny části těla, např. astma, migréna, bolesti zad, žaludeční vřed, kožní onemocnění, deprese aj. Proto je důležité se jim věnovat a myslet na jejich prevenci. Jako hlavní cíl své práce jsem si stanovila zjistit, zda jsou vysokoškolští studenti ohroženou skupinou pro vznik možného psychosomatického onemocnění. K tomuto zjištění mi pomáhaly dílčí cíle, a to: zda a jak se změnil životní styl vysokoškolských studentů, zda mají obtíže, které by mohly signalizovat psychosomatické onemocnění, zda jim nějaké bylo diagnostikováno, zda mají informace o možnostech prevence, zda v rámci prevence dodržují nějaká opatření a zda závisí vznik psychosomatických onemocnění na typu studia. Pro kvantitativní zjištění jsem jako techniku sběru dat použila dotazník. Dotazník byl anonymní a byl distribuován pomocí internetového odkazu. Sběr dat probíhal tzv. samovýběrem, a to v období od 4.1. do 24.1. 2016. Respondenti jsou nebo byli studenty vysokých škol a jejich výsledný počet pro zpracování výzkumu činil 397. Ve výsledcích práce jsem došla např. k těmto zjištěním: stresem... Psychosomatic diseases represent an important (emerging) group of diseases. It is known that the main cause is the effect of prolonged stress. On the contrary, they can be positively influenced by a healthy lifestyle. They may manifest as different diseases, affecting nearly all parts of the body, e.g., asthma, migraine, back pain, gastric ulcer, skin diseases, depression and others. Therefore, it is important to pursue them and to think about their prevention. As the main goal of my work, I determined to find out whether college students are vulnerable to a possible psychosomatic illness. To achieve this, I have set a number of partial objectives, namely: whether and how has changed the lifestyle of university students, whether they have difficulties that could indicate psychosomatic illness, whether they have been diagnosed with psychosomatic illness, whether they have information about prevention, whether they comply with any preventative measures and whether the risk of psychosomatic illness depends on field of study.
