[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce Individuální plánování se seniory se snaží popsat a představit individuální plánování při práci se seniory, dále se věnuje popisu stáří, všímá si změn spirituality a dalších změn či potřeb seniorů, věnuje se sociálním službám pro seniory. Na to navazuje nejdůležitější kapitola práce - individuální plánování, která se zabývá vlastním individuálním plánováním. Věnuje se popisu základních modelů individuálního plánování, legislativnímu rámci, procesu individuálního plánování a úloze klíčového pracovníka. Praktická část práce popisuje některá zařízení poskytující sociální služby seniorům a zejména ukazuje, jak individuální plánování probíhá. Rozhovory s pracovníky jednotlivých zařízení ilustrují to, jak individuální plánování probíhá a ukazují názory a postoje pracovníků. That's follows the most important part of this work - individual planning, that describes the individual planning. Dedicate to basic the concepts of individual planning, legislative framework, process of the individual planning and the role of the key worker. Practical part describes some facilities providing social services to seniors and mainly describes, how the individual planning passing of.
