[cze][eng] Michaela Dvořáková ABSTRAKT Cílem této diplomové práce je představit relativně nové subjekty přeshraniční spolupráce, kterými jsou euroregiony. Hlavní část této práce se zabývá konkrétně Euroregionem Neisse-Nisa-Nysa. Je představen jeho vznik a vývoj, právní vymezení, organizační struktura, financování, zájmy a cíle a jeho správcovství Fondu malých projektů. Praktická část této diplomové práce si klade za cíl analyzovat objem financí, zapojené subjekty a počty zrealizovaných projektů v jednotlivých dotačních programech, do kterých se Euroregion s Fondem malých projektů zapojil. Obliba malých projektů u českých měst a obcí je prokázána analýzou i závěrečným dotazníkovým šetřením.Michaela Dvořáková ABSTRACT The primary aim of the Diploma Thesis is to introduce an interest association called euroregion, which is a relatively new form of cross-border cooperation. The core part of the paper is dedicated to Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa. This association is studied from different perspectives, which embrace its foundation, development, legal definition, organization structure, financing, institutional interests, purpose and mainly the issue of Small Project Fund. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of amount of finances, cooperating subjects and the number of realized projects in individual subsidy programmes, in which the Small Project Fund participated. The preference of Czech municipalities on small projects is supported with an analysis and closing questionnaire survey.
