Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou: hallux valgus bilaterálně Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je teoretické i praktické zpracování problematiky onemocnění vbočených palců; v praktické části to konkrétně bude rehabilitace po operačním řešení tohoto onemocnění. Souhrn: Práce se skládá z obecné a speciální části. Obecnou část bude tvořit zpracování témat jako je etiologie onemocnění, diagnostika, klinický obraz nebo léčba s využitím literatury. Speciální část bude obsahovat vstupní vyšetření pacienta, návrh a provedení terapie, cíle a výsledky terapie, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý plán a na závěr zhodnocení terapie. The second aim of this work is study of a patient after surgery of hallux valgus. Summary: This thesis consists of two parts - general and special part. The teoretical part is a summary of the most important information from literature like etiology, diagnostics, clinical picture or treatment. The special part contains anamnesis, examination, aims of therapy, therapy, short-term and long-term plan and evaluation of the whole therapy.
