[cze][eng] Název práce: Fyzioterapeutická kazuistika péče o pacienta s diagnózou cervikobrachiální syndrom Shrnutí práce: Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je částí obecnou, zabývá se teoreticky problematikou cervikobrachiálního syndromu s přidruženou diagnózou arthrosa ramenních kloubů. Bude se v ní nacházet rozpracování dané problematiky, její formy, léčba a fyzioterapeutická péče. Druhá část je částí speciální. Speciální část obsahu fyzioterapeutickou kazuistika pacienta s touto diagnózou. Je zde kompletní vstupní i výstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý i dlouhodobý plán, návrh terapie, popis jednotlivých terapií a jejich účinek. Bakalářská práce byla zpracována na základě získaných materiálů během souvislé odborné práce, která probíhala v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu v Praze 9 v době od 4. 1. - 29. 1. 2016. The first is a general part dealing with the theoretical issues surrounding a cervicobrachial syndrome with added the diagnosis of arthritis of the shoulder joint. It will contain an in depth analysis of the given issue, its forms or symptoms, treatments, and physiotherapeutic care. The second part is a specialized section. The specialized section contains the physiotherapeutic casuistry of the patient with this diagnosis. It also includes a complete entry and exit kinesiological breakdown, a shortterm and longterm plan, therapy suggestions, as well as detailed description of individual therapies and their effects. This thesis is based in the related materials gained throughout a relevant professional work experience, which took place in the Center for Mobility Aid (Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu) in Prague 9 during the time of 4. 1. - 29. 1. 2016.
