Tato práce je zaměřena na úlohu kontaktního pracoviště úřadu práce v Českých Budějovicích ve vztahu k absolventům středních škol. V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska a nezaměstnanost obecně. V druhé části jsou popsány aktivity, které jsou v kompetenci úřadu práce a možný průběh evidence absolventů. Podrobně jsou rozebrána data o nezaměstnaných absolventech ve střednědobém horizontu od roku 2008 do roku 2013. Na základě podložených údajů je popsán vývoj nezaměstnanosti z pohledu struktury studovaných oborů a s ohledem na způsob ukončení evidence je zjištěno, jakému procentu absolventů úřad práce zaměstnání nalezl. In the first part theoretical basis and unemployment generally described. In the second part there are activities which are in the Labour Office's competence mentioned, as well as possible course of graduates' registration. In detail data of unemployed graduates in medium term from 2008 to 2013 are analyzed. Based on the data the unemployment development is described from the perspective of study fields and regarding to a method of termination of registration the percentage of graduates employed through the Labour Office is found.
