Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou rehabilitace pacienta po operaci LS páteře Shrnutí: Účelem této práce bylo přiblížit problematiku výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky v bederní části páteře a její operační řešení s následnou rehabilitací. Obecná část bakalářské práce obsahuje anatomické a kineziologické aspekty bederní páteře. Dále je uvedena etiologie vzniku výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky, klinický obraz, vyšetření a možnosti léčby. Podstatná část práce je věnována rehabilitaci po operaci výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky v bederní části páteře. Speciální část zahrnuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče pacienta po operaci bederní páteře kvůli výhřezu meziobratlového disku. Klíčová slova: výhřez meziobratlové ploténky, bederní páteř, operace výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky, rehabilitace Title of Bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with a diagnose rehabilitation of a patient after lumbar spine surgery Summary: A purpose of this thesis is to describe an intervertebral disc herniation of the lumbar spine and its surgery treatment with afterward rehabilitation. A theoretical part of the thesis contains anatomy and kinesiology of the lumbar spine. Furthermore there is an etiology of intervertabral disc herniation, clinical symptmoms, an assesment approach and treatment options. A significant part is given to a rehabilitation after the disc herniation surgery. A special part contains a case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after a lumbar spine surgery due to the intervertebral disc hernitation.
