Vliv stanic metra na ceny pozemků v Praze Abstrakt Vliv stanic metra nebo lehké železnice na hodnotu pozemků je velmi často diskutován v mnoha studiích. V této práci je analyzován dopad výstavby metra na ceny pozemků v Praze. Metro v našem hlavním městě se již od svého otevření v roce 1974 stalo nejdůležitějším dopravním prostředkem městské hromadné dopravy v Praze. Ročně přepraví přes půl miliardy cestujících a je nejvytíženější ze všech podobných systémů ve střední Evropě. Díky svým výhodám více než jakýkoliv jiný druh dopravy v Praze ovlivňuje své okolí. Předkládaná práce si klade za cíl pomocí analýzy v GIS zjistit vliv výstavby nových nebo budoucích stanic metra na ceny pozemků v závislosti na peší vzdálenosti od stanice. Také se snaží zjistit změnu hodnoty pozemků před výstavbou a po ní. In this work the impal of the Prague metro on property prices is analyzed. Metro in the Czech capital city since its opening in 1974 has become the most important means of transport, public transport in Prague. Annually, over half a billion passengers are transported and is the busiest of all similar systems in Central Europe. With its advantages more than any other mode of transport in Prague influences its surroundings. The present work aims at using GIS analysis to determine the influence of the metro stations on land prices in the vicinity of newly constructed or future metro stations.
