Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu odlišností (tradic a hodnot) církevních organizací sociálních služeb a strategiím zvládání těchto odlišností zaměstnanci - nečleny církevní komunity. Církevní organizace v diplomové práci zastupují dvě organizace sociálních služeb zřizované křesťanskými církvemi (Charita, Diakonie) a jedna organizace sociálních služeb zřizovaná Židovskou obcí. Práce se věnuje v teoretické části historii i současnosti sociálních služeb církevních organizací, dále otázkám ovlivnění identity jedince a identity organizace, hodnotám jedince a organizace, organizační kultuře, otázkám náboženství a vlivu skupiny. Specifika (zde křesťanské zásady a zásady judaismu) jsou součástí kultury organizace a měly by být i součástí systému řízení organizace. Kromě strategií používaných zaměstnanci - nečleny ke zvládání odlišností se diplomová práce také dotkne doporučení pro management těchto zařízení, která by zaměstnanci vnímali jako svou podporu. Cílem není porovnávat křesťanská a židovská zařízení, ale zaměřit se na specifika církevních zařízení, která působí na zaměstnance - nečleny. V praktické části se práce věnuje metodou kvalitativního výzkumu zmapování postojů těchto zaměstnanců a jejich strategiím zvládání odlišností, se kterými se v církevních organizacích setkávají. The thesis explores differences among values and traditions of various (christian and jewish) social services run by religious NGO and focuses on strategies how non-religous employees cope with their work in such organizations. The thesis is focused on two Christian organizations (Charita, Diakonie) and one jewish organization run by Jewish Community. The thesis describes a history of church social services and their present state, questions of interactions between individual and corporal identities, culture of organization, faith and influence of the group. The specific characteristics of organizations run by church are part of their culture and should be a part of the way they are being managed too. Besides describing strategies used by employees who do not belong to the church, the thesis also describes some recommendations for the management, which would be also benefitial for employees' support. The aim of the thesis is not to compare Christian and Jewish institutions, but to focus on their specifics, which influence workers from the outside. In the research part the thesis tries to map attitudes of these employees, their strategies of managing differences, which they meet while working for religious NGOs. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
