Anotace Práce se zabývá komparací různých pohledů na manželství a rozvod (např. z pohledu katolické církve, profánní pohled, právní systém ČR). Cílem předkládané práce je porovnat názory a vývoj pohledu na manželství a rozvod v současné společnosti. Budeme sledovat uvolnění mravů pod vlivem televize a reklam. Otázkou také je, zda umění odráží skutečnost života lidí, či zda život lidí určuje. Dále se podíváme na to, jak je současný člověk schopen kriticky myslet. Jakou má motivaci. Jak je těžké udělat dobrou věc, když většinová společnost se smířila se zlem. Sondou do problematiky budou také dotazníky. Je též nutno uvést, že to není závazný výzkum, neboť nebude dostatečné množství dotazníkových vzorků. Zkoumat se bude i uvolnění sexuality a důvody proč v současné době je stále více lidí tzv. "single". Za použití statistických údajů se pokusíme určit budoucí vývoj a rozebrat přirozené a svátostné hodnoty manželství, manželskou nerozlučitelnost a jednotu, vztah manželství a společnosti. Klíčová slova: manželství, rozvod, sexualita, teologie, morálka, kanonické právo, rodina The work draws a comparison between different views on marriage and divorce (e.g. from the perspective of the Catholic Church, profane view, the legal system of the Czech Republic). The aim of the study is to compare convictions and development of views on marriage and divorce in contemporary society. The work observes the release of morals under the influence of television and commercials. A question, whether art reflects the reality of people's lives, or determines them, also needs to be asked. Further, it examines if current people are able to think critically and looks at people's motivation. Other question is, how hard it may be to do a right thing when major society became reconciled to wrong. The issues will be answered in questionnaires. It is necessary to note though that the work is not binding as the research does not include a sufficient amount of questionnaires. In the work, the released sexuality and reasons for being "single" will be investigated. Using statistics we will try to predict the future course and to analyse natural and sacramental values of marriage, double indissolubility and unity, the relationship of marriage and society.
