V této práci zkoumám mluvený projev jednoho z předních komentátorů přímých přenosů fotbalových utkání v České televizi Jaromíra Bosáka. Časově je tato práce omezena na dva mezinárodní turnaje, a sice mistrovství světa ve Francii 1998 a mistrovství Evropy v Polsku a na Ukrajině 2012. V zápětí jsou obsahové a jazykové analýze podrobeny také knihy, které komentátor během těchto šampionátů sepsal v deníkové formě, tedy Francouzský deník Jaromíra Bosáka a Fotbalový deník Jaromíra Bosáka z Polska a Ukrajiny. Dále tato práce hledá souvztažnosti mezi těmito texty a na základě lingvistických definic pátrá po odlišnostech mluveného projevu. Tímto postupem vznikají premisy a v dalších kapitolách, především té závěrečné komparativní, zjišťuji, nakolik jsou tyto apriorní předpoklady obecně aplikovatelně právě na Bosákův mluvený a psaný projev. Ve druhém plánu podrobuji zkoumání vývoj Bosákova televizního vystupování během čtrnácti let a stejný postup je uplatněn i na jeho fotbalově-deníkové publikace. Pro uchopení všech souvislostí obsahuje práce životopis Jaromíra Bosáka, konkrétní definované body, ve kterých se podle lingvistů psaná a mluvená komunikace rozcházejí a stručné líčení teorie televizního a sportovního komentáře. In this thesis I examine verbal expression of Jaromír Bosák, one of the most recognized commentators of live football matches employed in Czech television. I focus on two international tournaments - FIFA World Cup France 1998 and European championship UEFA Euro 2012 Poland-Ukraine. Afterwards I analyze Bosák's football diaries, which he creates during such tournaments and they are named Jaromír Bosák's French diary and Jaromír Bosák's football diary from Poland and Ukraine. Based on linguistic definition of distinction between verbal and written expression I get some of the primary premises. They are examined and compared with real situation in Bosák's books and commentary. As a result we may consider how much are said linguistic definitions applicable on whichever expression. After that I take a swift look on Bosák's television commentary in a different way and try to determine the main elements, which he had evolved during the fourteen examined years. In purpose of understanding all coherency in this subject this thesis contains a profile of Jaromír Bosák, list of basic differences between the language of spoken and written text as well as theoretical description of sport commentary as a genre.
