Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kanceláří typu open space v souvislosti se spokojeností se zaměstnáním. Práce se zaměřuje na výzkum hodnocení jednotlivých faktorů pracovního prostředí v kanceláři typu open space a snaží se ověřit hypotézy týkající se negativního vlivu tohoto typu pracovního prostředí na celkovou spokojenost se zaměstnáním. Prostřednictvím výzkumu provedeného na jedné konkrétní firmě tato práce představila hodnocení jednotlivých faktorů daného pracovního prostředí a poukázala na celkový vliv těchto faktorů na spokojenost se zaměstnáním. Výzkum upozornil zejména na výskyt hluku a teplotního nepohodlí jakožto hlavních determinantů nespokojenosti s tímto typem pracovního prostředí, přičemž zároveň poukázal na pozitivní dopad tohoto typu kanceláře na nízký výskyt šikany na pracovišti. Ukázalo se, že v případě této firmy není prostředí open space kanceláře danými pracovníky vnímáno tak negativně, jak bychom očekávali. Důležité je také zjištění, že pracovní prostředí open space kanceláře má skutečně vliv na celkovou spokojenost se zaměstnáním - pracovníci, kteří své pracovní prostředí hodnotí pozitivně, vykazují zároveň celkovou spokojenost se svým zaměstnáním. Práce se zároveň snaží poukázat na nedostatek výzkumů problematiky open space v českém prostředí. This bachelor thesis focuses on open space office in relation to satisfaction with employment. It focuses on research of factors of this specific working environment and tries to check hypothesis talking about negative impact on overal satsfacton with job. Through the research conducted within one company this bachelor thesis present evaluation of factos of working environment and show overal impact of these factors on satisfaction with job. This bachelor thesis finds out that noise and discomfort linked with temperature in office are main determinants of dissatisfaction with this type of working environment; on the other hand this research also showed positive impact of this working environment on low occurrence of bullying within the workplace. This research showed that employees of this company are satisfied with their workspace more then we should expect. Important discovery of this bachelor thesis is that working environment really has an impact on overal satisfaction with job. This bachelor thesis also tries to point to relative small number of conducted researches focused on this topic.
