Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu faktorů, které ovlivňují uplatnění žen na trhu práce během rodičovské dovolené. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké faktory ženám pomáhají uplatnit se na trhu práce a které jim to naopak znesnadňují. V teoretické části práce vymezuje rozdělení ovlivňujících faktorů na institucionální a kulturní faktory, které jsou dány nastavením rodinné politiky a genderovým rozdělením rolí ve společnosti. Mezi institucionální ovlivňující faktory patří péče o děti v předškolním věku, úprava pracovní doby a formy práce, rodičovská dovolená a rodičovský příspěvek. Mezi kulturní faktory se řadí pohled společnosti na jev uplatnění žen během rodičovské dovolené a případný tlak společnosti, který je na ženy vytvářen, genderová segmentace trhu práce a přístup zaměstnavatele. V analytické části se práce zabývá legislativním ukotvením institucionálních faktorů a určením, zda tyto faktory dostatečně podporují ženy při jejich snaze uplatnit se na trhu práce. Dále práce na základě provedeného kvalitativního výzkumu seznamuje čtenáře s postoji a vnímáním žen, které se snaží či snažily pracovat během rodičovské dovolené, jak institucionálních, tak kulturních faktorů. Největšími překážkami uplatnění je nedostatečné opatření služeb péče o předškolní děti v kombinaci s nízkým rodičovským příspěvkem.... This thesis investigates the factors that affect women's participation in the labour market during their parental leave. The aim is to find out, which factors help women to participate and which factors make it difficult. The theoretical part of this work describes the division of these factors into institutional factors and cultural ones., given by the family policy and division of gender roles in the society. Institutional factors that affect the participation include daycare, part-time work or home office, parental leave and parental allowance. Cultural factors include society's view on women's participation in the labour market during the parental leave and possible societal pressure against it, gender segmentation of the labour market and employers' attitude. The analytical part investigates the legislative basis of institucional factors and analyzes their support of women on parental leave seeking a job. Furthermore, the work shows views and attitude of women towards the mentioned institutional and cultural factors, based on a qualitative research between women, who are trying or tried to work during their parental leave.
