POSTOJE PACIENTŮ K FARMAKOTERAPII OSTEOPORÓZY Autor: Hana Theimerová Vedoucí diplomové práce: Magda Vytřísalová Univerzita Karlova v Praze, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové, Katedra sociální a klinické farmacie ÚVOD: Postoje pacientů k léčbě mohou být ovlivňovány různými faktory, mohou se lišit v různých generacích i různých populacích. Postoje pacientů k léčbě i nemoci mohou ovlivnit rozhodnutí o zahájení, přerušení či ukončení léčby. Interakce mezi těmito faktory a postoji k léčbě je tedy komplexní. CÍL PRÁCE: Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit postoje pacientek k léčbě osteoporózy založené na vnímání nutnosti a obav z léčby perorálními bisfosfonáty (BIS). METODIKA: Data pro analýzu byla získávána pomocí anonymního dotazníku v pěti osteocentrech České republiky. Projekt probíhal od listopadu 2012 do března 2013. Byly zjišťovány názory pacientek na léčbu BIS ("nutnost" vs. "obavy") s využitím české verze dotazníku "Beliefs about Medicines Questionnaire Specific" (BMQ-CZ). VÝSLEDKY: Do analýzy bylo zařazeno 363 žen (s průměrným věkem 68,9 let). Pacientky užívaly týdenní formy BIS - alendronát, alendronát + vitamin D ve fixní kombinaci, risedronát (N = 133) nebo měsíční formu - ibandronát (N = 230). These may vary in different generations as well as in different populations. The patients' attitudes to the treatment along with the illness may affect decision concerning the beginning, interruption or end of the treatment. That implies that the interaction between these factors and attitudes to the treatment is comprehensive. AIMS: The study aim was to evaluate the patients' attitudes to the treatment of osteoporosis based on the perception of necessity and concerns of treatment with oral bisphosphonates (BIS). METHODS: Data for the analysis were obtained using an anonymous questionnaire in five outpatient centres in the Czech Republic from November 2012 to March 2013.
