Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postoji klientů výživové poradny Diet Plan k řešení nadváhy a obezity. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké jsou důvody preference výživové poradny před zdravotnickým zařízením a zkušenosti ze zdravotnického zařízení. Dále také jakou váhu při výběru zařízení, kam klient dochází hubnout, mělo vzdělání poradce. Stejně tak jsem se zajímala, jaké chybí respondentům informace potřebné k úspěšné redukční dietě. Výsledem kvalitativního výzkumu je, že respondentky vnímají za nedostatek nedostupnost konkrétních informací vedoucí k úspěšnému hubnutí. Tento nedostatek informací zamezil respondentkám zhodnotit a napravit své vlastní stravovací chyby. I přesto, že respondentky vnímají určitou formu osvěty v problematice zdravého životního stylu a hubnutí, stále postrádají konkretizované doporučení. Respondentky mají špatné zkušenosti a negativní představy o zdravotnickém zařízení. Zastávají názor, že lékaři vytváří špatnou atmosféru, jsou sprostí a s hubnutím nedokážou pomoci. Nezájem a nepříjemné jednání může navodit pocit stigmatu. Podle jejich mínění se od lékaře dočkají obecných a někdy i zastaralých rad. Respondentky výživovou poradnu preferovaly kvůli tomu, že očekávaly poskytnutí individuální péče a konkrétního návodu ke zhubnutí. Důležitý faktor při výběru byl ten, že klientky... This diploma thesis deals with the attitudes of clients nutritional counseling company Diet Plan about overweight and obesity. The aim was to find out what are the reasons for preference nutritional counseling before medical facilities and experience of the medical facility. Furthermore how much weight had an education level of a consultant. As well, what is missing information for respondents needed to successfully reducing diet. The result of qualitative research is that respondents think that there is not enough information leading to successful weight loss. This lack of information means, that respondents are not able to evaluate and correct their own eating mistakes. Despite the fact that the respondents perceive some form of education in issues of healthy lifestyle and losing weight, they still lack concretized recommendations. Respondents have had bad experiences and negative images of medical devices. They argue that doctors create a bad atmosphere, they are rude and not helping to weight loss. Indifference and bad conduct can evoke a sense of stigma. In their opinion, the doctor will also give a general and sometimes outdated advice.
