Diplomová práce pojednává o tom, jak informační a komunikační technologie (dále jen ICT nebo IT) v dnešní době přetváří podobu zdravotních a sociálních služeb. Jsou uvedeny společenské jevy a důvody, které posouvají dnešní zdravotní a sociální služby blíže k využívání ICT, ovlivňují a mění je. V práci jsou popsány nejnovější trendy propojení ICT a sociálních a zdravotních služeb v oblastech elektronického zdravotnictví, telemedicíny a mobilního zdravotnictví. Jsou popsány konkrétní pomůcky a zařízení a jejich praktické využití. Praktická část je věnována zavedení konkrétní technologické pomůcky, dotykového tabletu do péče v zařízeních pro seniory. Prostřednictvím přímých rozhovorů s pečovateli a seniory, je ukázáno, jak novou techniku vnímají pečovatelé a senioři, jakým způsobem zavádí zařízení novou technologii do péče, a jaké pozitivní a negativní účinky mají ICT pro seniory a pečovatelská zařízení. The specific arguments and social events are described, that leads today's health and social services closer to the use of ICT, influence and changes it. The work describes the latest trends linking ICT and social and health services in the areas of e-health, telemedicine, mobile health and assistive technologies. Specific tools and equipment and their practical use are presented. The practical part focuses on the introduction of specific- gadgets tablet care in caring for the elderly. Through direct interviews with caregivers and seniors is investigated how new technology is perceived by caregivers and seniors, how new technology equipment to care are introduced, and what positive and negative impact are the ICT has for facilities and the elderly.
