Tato práce se zaměřuje na nový zákon o pedagogických pracovnících. Práce nastiňuje dopady tohoto zákona na životy učitelek mateřských škol, které nesplňují požadovanou kvalifikaci a mají možnost si buď vzdělání v požadované výši doplnit nebo své stávající pracovní místo opustit. Práce ukazuje strategie, které učitelkám pomáhají zvládnout danou situaci a současně identifikuje sociální nerovnosti mezi pedagogickými pracovnicemi, které v souvislosti s nutnosti doplnění vzdělání vznikají nebo se prohlubují. Analytická část je založena na analýze polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly vedeny s pedagogickými pracovnicemi mateřských škol, které si momentálně doplňují vzdělání pro získání požadované kvalifikace. Výsledky analýzy současně upozorňují na odlišné přístupy k chápání kvalifikace pro učitelskou profesi ze strany učitelek a ve znění zákona. This bachelor thesis is concerned with the new law on pedagogical staff. The thesis outlines the impact of the law on the lives and careers of kindergarten teachers who do not satisfy minimal criteria required by the law and who have to supplement their education or leave their jobs. It shows strategies which help teachers cope with the situation and also identifies social inequality among education professionals, which arises or intensifies because of the need to supplement the education. The analytical part is based on an analysis of semi- structured interviews conducted with kindergarten teachers, who are currently supplementing their education to obtain the required qualifications. The results of the analysis highlight the different approaches to understanding of qualifications for the teaching profession by the teachers and the wording of the law. .
