NÁZEV: Metody a formy vzdělávání nadaných žáků AUTOR: Zuzana Staňková KATEDRA: Katedra primární pedagogiky PedF UK v Praze ŠKOLITEL: PaedDr. Nataša Mazáčová, Ph.D. ABSTRAKT: Cílem této disertační práce je komplexně analyzovat všechny významné komponenty, které vstupují do procesu vzdělávání nadaných žáků s účelem pozitivně působit na rozvoj jejich potenciálu. Těmito komponenty jsou výchozí teoretické poznatky, jejichž znalost by měla být součástí odborných kompetencí každého pedagoga. Jedná se zejména o charakteristiku nadaného žáka, definování pojmů talent a nadání, specifikaci motivace nadaného žáka, analýzu modelů nadání, popis procesu pedagogicko-psychologické diagnostiky nadání a legislativních dokumentů vztahujících se k péči o nadané žáky ve školách. Stěžejní část teorie je zaměřena na problematiku úpravy výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu pro potřeby nadaných žáků. Jsou sumarizovány současné pedagogické přístupy k výchově a vzdělávání nadaných žáků. Blíže jsou analyzovány jednotlivé strategie výuky a jejich modifikace, které vycházejí z principu individualizace a diferenciace výuky. Teoretická východiska jsou následně v empirické části systematicky aplikována v akčním výzkumu, který je zaměřen na celkovou modifikaci vzdělávacího procesu pro potřeby výzkumného souboru nadaných žáků konkrétní... These components are the initial theoretical pieces of knowledge that should be incorporated into specialized competence of each educator. Among the components are, in particular, characteristics of a gifted student, defining the terms talent and aptitude, specification of a gifted student's motivation, talent models analysis, description of educational and psychological diagnostics of talent, and legal documents related to working with gifted students at schools. Principal part of the theory section focuses on the issue of adjusting the education and training process to the needs of gifted students. It summarizes current educational approaches to training and raising gifted students.
