Bakalářská práce obsahuje literárně přehledovou část a návrh výzkumu. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá motivací v pedagogickém procesu a vývojovými obdobími, na něž je práce zaměřena. Těžiště pozornosti spočívá ve konceptech vnímané osobní účinnosti a v atribucí. Jsou zde vysvětleny nejdůležitější teorie a pojmy vztahující se k oběma konceptům, dále jejich vývoj v dětství a vztah ke školní práci. V empirické části jsou popsány způsoby jejich měření u dětí a tato část práce se věnuje souvislostem vnímané osobní účinnosti a atribucí, které jsou také tématem návrhu výzkumu. At first, the theoretical part concerns motivation in educational process and the developmental periods the thesis is focussed on. Most attention is paid to concepts of perceived self-efficacy and attributions. The most important theories and terms related to both concepts are explained, followed by their development in childhood and connection to school work. In the empirical part, there are described ways of measurement are mentioned a this part devotes to relationship between self-efficacy and attribution, which is the topic of research design.
