Předmětem bakalářské práce je teoretická analýza kulturního fenoménu padělatelství uměleckých děl. V práci je popsán vývoj padělatelství v malbě a sochařství v západní společnosti. Analýza vychází především z poznatků filosofie umění, dějin umění, psychologie a historie. Uplatňuje se zde kulturologický přístup, a to především interdisciplinárním zmapováním historického a psychologického vývoje padělání. Práce analyzuje současné přístupy k identitě uměleckého díla a falza, rovněž popisuje dílčí problémy uměleckého falza z hlediska filozofie umění. Důležitou publikací pro tuto práci je kniha Umění a Falzum (2004) od Tomáše Kulky. Podle Kulky se dá falzum posuzovat buď z hlediska jeho estetické nebo umělecké hodnoty. Ke zkoumání fenoménu jsou využity a popsány případy slavných padělatelů, jako byli Alceo Dossena, Han van Meegeren, Eric Hebborn a Wolfgang Beltracchi. Práce se zabývá i metodami určení pravosti uměleckého díla. Popsána je také situace v České republice a stručně také právní postižitelnost padělatelů. Cílem práce je uchopit problematiku padělatelství uměleckých děl ve své celistvosti a tím poskytnout její přehledný obraz. The thesis focuses on theoretical analysis of the cultural phenomenon of artwork forgery. It describes the history of forgery in painting and sculpting in the Western society. The analysis is based mostly on philosophy and history of art, psychology, and history. The culturological approach is used, mainly in the interdisciplinary mapping of the historical and psychological process of artwork forgery. The thesis analyses contemporary approaches to the identity of artwork and its forgery, it also depicts partial problems of artwork forgery. To challenge this phenomenon, famous examples of forgers are used and decribed, such as Alceo Dossena, Han van Meegeren, Eric Hebborn, and Wolfgang Beltracchi. The situation and legal concenquences for forgers in the Czech Republic are also described. The aim of this thesis is to offer a complex overview of the phenomenon of artwork forgery.
