Název práce: Management a marketing projektu Sportovní talent roku a jeho implementace na období 2014 - 2015 Cíle práce: Cílem práce je navrhnout zdokonalení projektu Sportovní talent roku na léta 2014-2015. Projekt je zaměřen na zdravý životní styl žáků základních škol v České republice. Autor vychází z analýzy dosavadních ročníků realizovaných neziskovou organizací. Jeho vlastním přínosem jsou provedené implementace uvedeného projektu. Metody: Pro podrobné analyzování informací o projektu Sportovní talent roku je využita případová studie. Analýza podmínek se provádí za pomoci PEST analýzy, Porterovo modelu pěti sil a analýzy zdrojů. K syntéze předchozích analýz je aplikována SWOT analýza. Výsledky: Studie odhalila nedostatky především v manažerských činnostech projektu. Největší nedostatky lze spatřit zejména v oblasti personálního zajištění, marketingové komunikace a finančního zajištění. The project is focused on healthy lifestyle of the primary school pupils in the Czech Republic. The author based on analysis of previous years which were realized by a profit organization. His own contributions are made by the implementation of the project. Methods: There is a case study used to analyze the information about the project Sports talent of the year. Analysis of the conditions is carried out with the aid of PEST analysis, Porter's model of five forces, and analysis of resources. SWOT analysis is applied to synthesize previous analyzes. Results: The study revealed gaps especially in the management activities of the project Sports talent of the year. The greatest gaps can be seen in the branch of staffing, marketing and communications and financing.
