[cze][eng] Cíle: Prvním a hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat fotbalový klub FC Bayern Mnichov. Mezi dílčí analýzy budou patřit analýza organizační struktury, financí, zázemí klubu, jeho postavení na trhu a marketingu. Druhým cílem je vytvořit prognózu vývoje financí klubu do budoucna. Metody: V diplomové práci jsou využity především metody analýzy dokumentů, rozhovorů a SWOT analýzy. Výsledky: FC Bayern Mnichov je výborně a vzorově fungující klub. Po sportovní stránce patří mezi nejlepší kluby na světě. Zároveň je to jeden z mála klubů, který vykazuje neustálý zisk a nemá žádné dluhy. Z prognózy vyplývá, že v následujících letech bude patřit stále k nejlepším klubům a bude udávat směr a tempo vývoje fotbalu. This thesis analyse organizational structure, finances, infrastructure of the club, its market position and marketing. The other objective is to create prognosis of future finance development of the club. Methods: Document analysis, interviews and SWOT analysis are the main methods used in this thesis. Results: FC Bayern Munich is very well organized club. It belongs amongst the best teams in the world by the sport results. It is one of a little, that has profit every year and has no depts.
