cze Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of amendment to the act number 359/1999 Legal Code About Social and Legal Protection of Children on the work of social and legal protection of children department. The theoretical part describes the formation of the amendment to this law. It endeavours to define the most important changes in it, such as the individual plan of child protection, case conference or changes in the sphere of substitute family care (above all foster care). The practical part is based on a questionnaire, which was answered by socio-legal child protection workers from individual municipalities with extended competence from all over the Czech Republic.
