Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou bifunkčních thiomočovinových katalyzátorů a výchozích stavebních jednotek odvozených od sacharidu D-glukosy a aminokyseliny L- threoninu. První část práce je zaměřena na přípravu glykosylisothiokyanátů a aminofosfinů. Druhá část práce se věnuje přípravě a využití připraveného bifunkčního katalyzátoru. This bachelor thesis deals with the synthesis of bifunctional thiourea-phosphine catalysts and corresponding building blocks derived from D-glucose and α-amino acid L-threonine. The first part of this thesis is focused on the preparation of glucopyranosylisothiocyanates and aminophosphines. The second part of the thesis deals with the preparation and the application of prepared bifunctional catalyst.
