ANOTACE: Diplomová práce se zabývá konkrétními d razy speciáln pedagogické podpory poskytované osobám s t kým mentálním a kombinovaným posti ením v dosp lém v ku. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaká jsou specifika terapeutické podpory dosp lých osob s t kým hendikepem a jak profesionálové p izp sobují odbornou pé i skute nosti, e jsou jejich klienti dosp lí. K získání dat pro ú ely diplomové práce byl veden kvalitativn zam ený výzkum prost ednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovor s pedagogy a pracovníky v sociálních slu bách, kte í se dlouhodob v nují dosp lým osobám se záva ným hendikepem. Data byla vyhodnocena metodami otev eného a axiálního kódování, které jsou sou ástí zakotvené teorie. K dal ím metodám sb ru dat vyu itých pro zpracování práce pat ila obsahová analýza odborné literatury, obsahová analýza dokumentace u ivatel slu eb a zú astn né pozorování. Ze získaných dat vyplývá, e odborná podpora dosp lých osob s mentálním a kombinovaným posti ením musí zohled ovat jak konkrétní úrove vývojových pot eb t chto jedinc , tak jejich fyzický v k. Podstatnou slo kou pé e profesionál je vytvo ení vztahu k osob s posti ením jako k rovnocennému partnerovi. The thesis deals with specific emphases of special educational support provided to people with severe mental and multiple disabilities in their adult age. The aim of the thesis is to determine what the specifics of therapeutic support for adults with a severe handicap are, and how professionals adapt their specialized care to the fact that their clients are adults. To obtain the data for the purposes of the thesis, a qualitatively oriented research has been conducted, using semi-structured interviews with teachers and social service workers who have been involved with severely disabled adults for a long time. Data has been analyzed by methods of open and axial coding, which are part of the grounded theory. Other methods of data collection utilized for thesis processing include content analysis of specialized literature, content analysis of service users' documentation, and participant observation. The data obtained suggests that professional support of adults with mental and multiple disabilities must take into account both the specific level of development needs of these individuals, and their physical age. A significant component of the professional care is creating a relationship to the disabled person as an equal partner.
