Ústředním motivem této bakalářské práce je cvik zvaný "malá noha", který je jedním ze základních cviků metodiky Senzomotorická stimulace. V odborné společnosti v současné době upadá zájem o tento cvičební prvek a je na něj nahlíženo až jako na prvek obsoletní. Cílem práce je uskupit teoretické podklady funkce "malé nohy" v rámci stability, poukázat na možnosti jejího využití jako cviku vyjmutého z ucelené koncepce Senzomotorické stimulace a pojednání o možném významu "malé nohy" pro "civilizovanou" nohu. Among specialists nowadays, there is a decline of interest in this exercise, some even consider it obsolete. The goal of my work is to assemble theoretical findings of "short foot" functionality on standing stability, to indicate possibilities of it's use as an exercise extracted from Sensomotoric stimulation and to address the possibility of "short foot" significance to "civilised foot".
