[cze][eng] Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou spondylolisthesis L4/5. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je vypracování kazuistiky o pacientce s diagnostikovanou spondylolistézou L4/5. V obecné části jsou uvedeny teoretické informace tykající se anatomie a biomechaniky pohybu bederní páteře, druhů spondylolistézy a její léčby. Speciální část zahrnuje informace o zdravotním stavu pacientky, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, provedené terapie a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, určený ke zhodnocení efektu terapie. Objective: The aim of this paper is to develop a case study of a patient with diagnosed spondylolisthesis L4/5. The general part of the work is dedicated to theory and theoretical information regarding the anatomy and biomechanics of movement of the lumbar spine, types of spondylolisthesis and its treatment. Further, the special section provides information about the health condition of the patient, input kinesiological analysis, conducted therapy and kinesiology output analysis, that was designed in order to evaluate the effect of therapy.
