Tato práce pojednává o agresivním chování v souvislosti s dětskými skupinami. První část práce je literárně přehledová, zahrnující různé poznatky týkající se teorií, druhů a příčin agrese. Dále se pak zaměřuje na vývoj a dynamiku skupiny, se zaměřením na školní prostředí, a agresivními jevy, které ve skupině mohou nastat. Následně navrhuje možné formy prevence těchto jevů, které by vedly k jejich utlumení či odstranění. Druhou část práce se věnuje návrhu výzkumu, ve kterém je experimentálně ověřována účinnost vybraného preventivního programu na náhodně vybraném souboru tříd. The first part is a literature survey, involving various factors relating to theories, types and causes of aggression. Further, it focuses on the development and dynamics of groups aimed at school environments and aggressive phenomena which may occur in the group. Then it suggests possible forms of prevention of these phenomena, which would lead to the suppression or elimination. The second part is dedicated to the design of research, in which is experimentally tested the effectiveness of selected prevention program on a random sample of classes.
