Tato práce pojednává o internetovém deníku Echo24. Jedná se o nově zřízený portál, a tak se zde zaměřuji na okolnosti jeho vzniku, které jsou nestandardní a zajímavé. Spolu s vlastnickou strukturou jsou zde představeni i autoři a redaktoři projektu. V teoretické části se práce také zabývá výhodami publikování online v porovnání s tištěnými médii. Věnuji se zde i některým problémům internetových zpráv. Dále se práce zabývá různými pohledy na zpravodajskou objektivitu, jejími jednotlivými složkami a možnostmi zkoumání. V praktické části je deník porovnáván s dalšími internetovými novinami, které jsou dostupné také jen na webu, a to nejen z hlediska vnímání jejich obsahu ze strany čtenářů. Práce se také věnuje formě prezentace informací s ohledem na dodržování jedné ze zpravodajských hodnot - objektivity. Zajímá se také o množství prostoru poskytnutého pro vyjádření kritizovaného subjektu zpráv, protože se jedná o jeden z ukazatelů nestrannosti. Dále jsou zde formou dotazníku ověřeny rozšíření povědomí o projektu a důvěra v jeho apolitičnost u různých skupin obyvatel. The bachelor's thesis deals with online daily news journal Echo24. This web site has been quite newly created. The work focuses on interesting and unusual terms of its creation. The owners, authors and editors of this project are presented, too. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with advantages and disadvantages of online journalism in comparison with printed media. It also mentions different points of view on journalistic objectivity, its individual parts and means of research. The goal of the practical part is to compare Echo24 with other wholly-online news concerning other points than their readers' opinion. This study is also concerned with the form of presenting information taking in account one of the news values - objectivity. It also deals with the space provided for criticized subjects to justify, because it is one of the impartiality indicators. The bachelor's thesis is completed with a questionnaire investigating awareness of different public groups about the project and its impartiality
