Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl přispět k v současné době vedené odborné ochranářské diskusi o otázce, do jaké míry národní parky (nejen v ČR) slouží k ochraně přírodních procesů a do jaké míry k ochraně druhové/habitatové diverzity (např. Härtel 2009a, 2009b). Ochranářským východiskem je systém managementových kategorií Mezinárodní unie ochrany přírody (IUCN) (Dudley 2008). Obecné ochranářské dilema mezi konceptem divočiny a ochranou diverzity aktivním managementem (Härtel et Křenová 2009) je dnes akcentováno zejména entomology. Tato práce má přispět k této problematice na základě botanických údajů s využitím dat o ohrožených druzích rostlin (Grulich 2012) (včetně chráněných) ve čtyřech národních parcích ČR. Ohrožené druhy představují vedle ochrany procesů a ochrany diverzity neživé přírody (geodiverzity) jeden z předmětů ochrany národních parků. Počty těchto ohrožených druhů v jednotlivých národních parcích stejně jako druhové složení této skupiny ilustruje podstatné biogeografické rozdíly mezi českými národními parky a velmi odlišné přírodní fenomény, které tyto parky chrání. Srovnání výskytu ohrožených druhů v českých národních parcích a stanovištních nároků těchto druhů umožní ale také zjištění, do jaké míry je výskyt těchto druhů vázán na managementové zásahy v národních parcích (ať již... Bachelor thesis aims to contribute to currently on-going conservation debate on the role of the national parks (not only in the Czech Republic): to what extent should the national parks protect natural processes and to what extent the species / habitat diversity (e.g. Härtel 2009a, 2009b). The conservation background is represented by the management categories of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) (Dudley 2008). General conservation dilemma between the concept of wilderness and protection of diversity by active management is currently stressed mainly by entomologists. This work aims to contribute to this topic based on data on endangered plant species (Grulich 2012) (including protected ones) in four national parks in the Czech Republic. Endangered species represent together with protection of the processes and diversity of inanimate nature (geodiversity) one of the conservation subjects of the national parks. The number of endangered species in the national parks as well as the species composition of this group illustrates the significant biogeographical differences between the Czech national parks as well as very different natural phenomena protected by the parks.
