Tato práce se zabývá tím, jak by lidé řešili situaci, kdyby zjistili, že by jejich blízká osoba byla závislá na alkoholu. Hlavním výzkumným cílem této práce je zmapování subjektivní dostupnosti adiktologických služeb. Teoretická část obsahuje popis závislosti na alkoholu, informace o systému léčebné péče pro závislé na alkoholu a informace o nynější situaci v České republice, o svépomocných skupinách. Praktická část popisuje proces samotného výzkumu. Pozornost je zde věnována použitým metodám, kterými byly polostrukturované rozhovory a následně jejich rozbor pomocí kódování, segmentace a kategorizace dat. Dále popisuje výzkumný soubor, který byl vytvořen 64 respondenty a který byl rozdělen na respondenty s alkoholovou zkušeností a bez alkoholové zkušenosti. Respondenti byli získány namátkovým výběrem. Nakonec se zabývá výsledky výzkumu. Tedy 6ti kategoriemi, které z rozhovorů vyplynuly. Mezi nejdůležitější výsledky patří, že téměř třetina dotazovaných by nevyhledala žádnou odbornou pomoc pro své blízké a informovanost veřejnosti o možnostech léčby se ukázala jako nízká. Dále výsledky ukazují, že další necelá třetina dotazovaných má nedůvěru v systém léčebné péče, značná část nedůvěry byla způsobená vlastním pobytem v léčebně, kde získali negativní zkušenost. The main research objective of this work is to analyze the subjective availability of addiction services The theoretical part contains a description of alcohol dependence, information about the medical care for alcoholics and information on the current situation in the Czech Republic, the self-help groups. The practical part describes the process of the research itself. First, attention is paid to the methods used, which were semi-structured interviews and then analyzed them using coding, segmentation and categorization of data. Further research file and then presents the results of research, ie 6 categories that emerged from the interviews. Among the most important results is that almost a third of the respondents would not sought any professional help for their loved ones and public awareness of treatment options is low. Furthermore, the results show that more nearly a third of respondents have no confidence in the health care system, much of the distrust was caused by their own residence in the hospital, where they received a negative experience.
