Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit úlohu dobrovolníků v naplňování volného času osob s postižením a porovnat ji s výchovně vzdělávací úlohou pedagogů. Výzkumné šetření proběhlo formou kvalitativního výzkumu pomocí případové studie. Sběr dat byl proveden metodikou rozhovoru pomocí návodu. Průzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem sedm osob se zdravotním postižením. Z výsledků šetření vyplývá, že respondenti u dobrovolníků preferují kladné prosociálně orientované vlastnosti (empatie, otevřenost, snaha pomoci, aj.). Dále vnímají neformální charakter úlohy dobrovolníků. Ve většině případů je přijímají jako své přátele. Někteří vnímají dobrovolníky jako osoby, které je podporují k naplnění jejích potřeb. Respondenti se společně s dobrovolníky věnují hromadně organizovaným aktivitám (výlety, kulturní akce, tradiční slavnosti, letní tábory, aj.). Úlohu dobrovolníků a pedagogů vnímají obdobně, a to v přípravě a organizaci aktivity, nikoliv ve neformálnosti vztahu. Pedagogy řadí do prostředí školy a ve většině případů k nim zaujímají formální vztah. Činnost dobrovolníků ve volnočasových aktivitách osob s postižením vhodně doplňuje a navazuje na činnost pedagogů. The aim of the thesis is to determine the role of volunteers in fulfilling leisure time persons with disabilities and to compare it with educational role of educators. The survey was done by qualitative research using case studies. Data collection was conducted using the methodology of the interview guide. The survey covered a total of seven people with disabilities. The survey results show that respondents in volunteers prefer positive prosocial oriented features (empathy, openness, desire to help, etc.). Furthermore perceive informal character roles volunteers. In most cases they accept as a friend. Some perceive volunteers as people who support them to meet their needs. Respondents with the volunteers devote collectively organized activities (trips, cultural events, traditional festivals, summer camps, etc.). The role of volunteers and educators perceive similary - in the preparation and organization of activities. Not in relation informality. Educators ranks in the school environment and in most cases they occupy a formal relationship. Volunteer in leisure activities of persons with disabilities complements and builds upon the activity of educators.
