Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat profesiogram jako východisko pro další vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků v nízkoprahových kontaktních centrech pro drogově závislé. Bakalářská práce mapuje pracovní náplň sociálního pracovníka v nízkoprahových kontaktních centrech pro drogově závislé, zejména běžné činnosti, jejich frekvenci, míru zátěže, náročné situace, jejich frekvenci, čím zatěžují, jaké požadavky jsou kladeny na pracovníka ve smyslu psychické a fyzické odolnosti, jaké jsou kladeny nároky na týmovou spolupráci, spolupráci s jinými organizacemi, kvalifikační a znalostní předpoklady úspěšného zvládnutí profese, potřeby týkající se podpory pracovníků při výkonu profese a jejich dalšího vzdělávání, atd. Na základě zjištěných informací je vypracován profesiogram sociálního pracovníka v nízkoprahovém kontaktním centru pro uživatele drog. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je představeno, co je profesiogram, pro jaké účely se sestavuje, jakými metodami jej lze sestavit. Uvádím zde, co obnáší profese pracovníka v nízkoprahovém kontaktním centru, jaký je kontext organizace, ve které sociální pracovník pracuje, jaký je profil klienta nízkoprahového kontaktního centra, jaké jsou potřeby cílové skupiny klientů - kritické shrnutí teorií a výzkumu jak zahraničních, tak i českých a je zde popsán i systém... The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop professiogram as the basis for further training of social workers in low- threshold centers for drug addicts. Bachelor thesis maps the workload of social workers in low threshold centers for drug addicts, in especially ordinary activities, their frequency, level of stress, challenging situations, their frequency. Find out what requirements are imposed on a worker within the meaning of mental and physical endurance, what the demands placed on teamwork, cooperation with other organizations, qualification and knowledge successful completion of the profession, the need for support staff in the exercise of their profession and continuing education, etc. Based on the information is drawn professiogram social worker in the low threshold center for drug users. In the theoretical part of the thesis is introduced, what is professiogram, for what purposes are compiled, what methods it can be built.
