Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahy mezi Rumunskem a Sovětským svazem v 50. a 60. letech 20. století. Zkoumá, jaké faktory měly vliv na vztahy mezi Bukureští a Moskvou. Po smrti J. V. Stalina došlo k uvolnění vztahů v rámci východního bloku. Rumunští komunisté pod vedením Gheorgiu-Deje měli ambiciózní plány na industrializaci země, které jim měly zajistit národní svrchovanost. Klíčovým prvkem byl odchod sovětských jednotek ze země v roce 1958. Chruščovova kritika kultu osobnosti J. V. Stalina a politika mírové koexistence se západem umožnila, aby Rumunsko začalo razit svou vlastní cestu k socialismu, která spočívala v polycentrickém vnímání komunistického hnutí, národní suverenitě a nezávislosti. Ke sporům mezi oběma zeměmi došlo nejen v bilaterálních vztazích, ale i v mezinárodních organizacích východního bloku - v RVHP a ve Varšavské smlouvě. Nepřijatelný byl pro Rumuny sovětský návrh na hospodářskou specializaci, i na transformaci Varšavské smlouvy v nadnárodní orgán. Podporu pro vlastní hospodářské plány se snažilo Rumunsko najít u maoistické Číny. Svou odmítavou pozicí k sovětským návrhům se Rumunsko vymykalo od většiny ostatních socialistických zemí v Evropě. Po nástupu Ceauşesca ještě více zesílil nacionální faktor ve vztazích vůči SSSR. Zcela odlišnou roli od ostatních zemí Varšavské... This thesis deals with relations between Romania and the Soviet Union in the 1950s and 60s. It aims to analyse which elements had an impact on relations between Bucharest and Moscow. After the death of J. V. Stalin, there was relaxation in relations within the eastern bloc. Romanian communists, under the leadership of Gheorgiu-Dej, had very ambitious plans for the industrialisation of the country, which would guarantee them national sovereignty. A significant moment during was the withdrawal of the Soviet troups from Romania in 1958. Khrushchev's criticism of Stalin's Cult of Personality, combined with his policy of peaceful coexistence with the West, enabled Romania to pursue its own way towards socialism based on the polycentric perception of the world communist movement, national sovereignty, and independence. Contradictions existed between the two countries, not only in bilateral relations, but in international organisations of the eastern bloc, such as CMEA and the Warsaw Pact. Soviet proposals for economic specialisation of the CMEA countries and for transforming the Warsaw Pact into an supra-national organisation were considered unacceptable to Romanians.
