Diplomová práce má název "Dilemata sociálních pracovníků při posuzování rodin s dětmi mladšího školního věku". Cílem práce je zodpovědět na výzkumnou otázku: "S jakými dilematy se setkávají sociální pracovníci při posuzování výchovných metod v rodinách s dětmi mladšího školního věku?" Teoretická část této diplomové práce popisuje sociální práci s rodinou, vývoj sociální a také dilemata, která sebou může sociální práce přinášet. Dále se zabývá rodinou a jejím vývojem. Také se zaměřuje na nevhodné výchovné styly v rodině, které mohou ovlivnit vývoj dítěte. Praktická část je zaměřena na proces posuzování rodiny. Díky polostrukturovaným rozhovorům se sociálními pracovníky se snaží zmapovat tento nelehký proces a dilemata, která sociální pracovník při této práci může prožívat. The diploma thesis named "Dilemmas of social workers during assessing of educational methods in families with lower elementary school age children". The goal of the thesis is find to the answer: "Which dilemmas deal social workers during assessing of educational methods in families with lower elementary school age children? ". The theoretical part of this thesis describes the social work with families, its development and dilemmas that each can bring social work. It also deals with the family and its development. It also focuses on inadequate educational styles in the family that may affect child development. The practical part is focused on the process of assessing families. Thanks to the semi- structured interviews with social workers are trying to map this difficult process and dilemmas that social workers in this work can be experienced.
