Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou bilaterální zahraniční rozvojové spolupráce České republiky (ZRS ČR) v kontextu třetího Miléniového cíle tisíciletí, tedy genderové rovnosti. Práce metodologicky vychází ze sekundární analýzy vybraných faktorů a případové studie na vybraný projekt realizovaný v rámci dvoustranné ZRS ČR Člověkem v Tísni v sektoru zdravotnictví. Na základě sekundární analýzy dat a případové studie je hledána odpověď na otázku, jaká pozornost je genderové perspektivě věnována v bilaterálních projektech české ZRS. Po vymezení základních pojmů se práce soustředí na sekundární analýzu faktorů jako strategický vývoj, finanční prostředky a sektorové a teritoriální priority. Následně práce v případové studii rozebere projekt bilaterální ZRS ČR, čímž nastíní, jakým způsobem jsou deklarované závazky dvoustranné ZRS ČR reflektovány v praxi. This thesis analyses bilateral development cooperation of the Czech Republic in the context of the third Millennium Development Goal (MDG 3), which represents gender equality. Using secondary data analysis and case study as a main methodological concept, this paper will find an answer to the question of how much attention is paid to gender perspective in bilateral projects of the Czech development cooperation. Thesis defines key terms, and through using the secondary data analysis, focuses on strategic development, financial sources and sectorial and territorial priorities. Furthermore, thesis will also use a case study to analyse a bilateral project, which shows the difference between declared commitments of the Czech development cooperation and the implementation.
