Kateřina Svěcená, Ph.D. Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Partnerský život osob po poranění míchy a poškození mozku Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá partnerským životem osob po poškození míchy a osob po poškození mozku a vlivem získané disability na jejich partnerský život. Hlavním cílem práce je vytyčení problémů pacientů v partnerském životě, souhrn možností ergoterapeutické intervence u těchto pacientů a zhodnocení nabídky pomůcek pro partnerský život. V práci jsou popsány základní problémy v partnerském životě vycházející z různého stupně a formy disability a náhled pacientů i odborníků na situaci. Důležitou částí práce je popis pomůcek a možnosti jejich využití pro osoby s různým stupněm a formou disability. Praktická část práce se věnuje rozhovorům s pacienty po poškození míchy a po poranění mozku a zprostředkovává jejich obtíže z pohledu ergoterapeuta. Klíčová slova: neurologie, paraplegie, hemiparéza, partnerský život, sex, kompenzační pomůcky This bachelor thesis aims to provide an insight into the current situation regarding the people suffering from brain damage or spinal cord injury and the impact of such disability on their partner life. The main focus of the study is to highlight the patient's problems connected with partner life, summary of the occupational therapy intervention possibilities for patients and the evaluation of tool portfolio designed to provide a positive utility in partner life. In addition, the theoretical part discusses the insight of both patients and experts on the basic problems in partner life based on the various stage and form of disability as well as the description of therapeutic tools created to help with these disabilities. The research part is devoted to the interviews with patients who suffer from spinal cord injury or brain damage and address their difficulties from the perspective of occupational therapists.
