cze Abstract:
[cze][cze] PET bottles are crushed then heated, which causes about recrystallisation. The recrystallised PET is breakable and thus it can be separated from PE by grinding. PET obtained is subjected to hydrolysis combined with ammonolysis. Tereftalic acid is transformed into its ammonium salt. The next stepis the separation of dyes and residual impurities. The separation of tereftalic acid is effected by adding sulfuric acid.PET láhve jsou rozdrceny a následně je drť zahřáta, což přivodí rekrystalizaci PET. Upravený materiál je křehký a lze ho tak separovat mletím od polyetylenu. Obdržený PET je podroben hydrolýze kombinované s amonolýzou. Kyselina tereftalová je převedena na svoji amonnou sůl. Další krok spočívá v odstranění barviv a residuálních nečistot. Separace kyseliny tereftalové je prováděna přídavkem kyseliny sírové.
