Cílem bakalářské práce "Další profesní vzdělávání všeobecných sester v oblasti edukace pacientů" bylo zjistit na základě průzkumného šetření obecné postoje a motivaci všeobecných sester v následné a domácí péči pro další profesnímu vzdělávání a také analyzovat úroveň jejich znalostí a postojů v oblasti edukace pacientů. Na základě dotazníkového průzkumu byly porovnávány skupiny všeobecných sester na vybraných pracovištích domácí péče a všeobecných sester z Centra následné péče FN Motol. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část přináší přehled relevantních poznatků o problematice celoživotního vzdělávání a dalšího vzdělávání všeobecných sester, zároveň se také zabývá problematikou edukace pacientů a významem vzdělávání pro tuto činnost. Tyto poznatky byly uvedeny na základě studia dostupné, již publikované literatury. V empirické části je popsána metodika průzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno pomocí strukturovaného individuálně zhotoveného dotazníku kvantitativní metodou s kvalitativními prvky. Osloveni byli respondenti - všeobecné sestry - z oddělení Centra následné péče FN Motol a z náhodně vybraných pracovišť domácí péče v několika krajích České republiky. Získaná data byla statisticky zpracována a výsledky prezentovány pomocí tabelárních přehledů, výsečových... The goal of the work "Further professional education of general nurses in area of education of patients" is to find out through research what are opinions and motivations of general nurses towards further professional education as well as the level of their knowledge and position towards education of patients. Based on questionnaire research a comparison was done between nurses based in chosen locations in the community and nurses from the Centre of Following Care in the Motol Hospital. The work is divided to a theoretical and the empirical part. The theoretical part discusses review of relevant knowledge about the issues related to lifelong education and further education of general nurses. It also discusses issues related to education of patients and the relevance of nurse's education for it. The stated knowledge was gained through study of available already published sources. The empirical part describes the methodology of quantitative research with qualitative elements which was done through structured, individually made questionnaire. The respondents were general nurses from the Centre of Following Care in the Motol Hospital and randomly selected workplaces in community in several regions of the Czech Republic.
