The synthesis of coated particles is an area of great interest because of the numerous technological applications they have. Kompozitní nanočástice ZrO2-SiO2 jsou potenciálně využitelné v řadě oblastí, např. katalýze. V tomto příspěvku je prezentována příprava těchto částic metodou chemické depozice par v elektricky vyhřívaném trubkovém reaktoru. Částice byly syntetizovány rozkladem zirkonium tetra-terc-butoxidu a tetraethyl-orthosilikátu v oxidační atmosféře.
