Práce vychází z teoretických východisek zaměstnatelnosti, diverzifikovaného systému vzdělávání a duálního systému vzdělávání. Zabývá se uvedenou problematikou v rámci nastaveného systému v České republice a zkoumá jeho fungování. V souvislosti s tím, poukazuje na historický vývoj spolupráce a její ukotvení v rámci legislativy. Zkoumá změny v důsledku nové kurikulární reformy, tvorbu školních vzdělávacích programů a přibližuje pojem kooperativního modelu spolupráce v rámci odborného vzdělávání. Na základě konkrétních příkladů spolupráce škol a zaměstnavatelů práce ukazuje fungování sociálního partnerství u nás i v zahraniční, konkrétně v Německu a zároveň zhodnocuje nastavení našeho sytému a identifikuje jeho hlavní problémové oblasti.Social partnership: role of employers and vocational schools in employment of young people Barbora Veverková Abstract This thesis "Social partnership: role of employers and vocational schools in employment of young people" deals with the issue of cooperation between schools and employers in vocational education.
