Článek popisuje postup automatické tvorby konečněprvkových modelů voxel-based a volume-based metodou. Rekoustrukce na základě voxelů je přímá rekonstrukční metoda zkoumající hodnotu odstínu šedi všech pixelů datového souboru. Volume-based metoda je nepřímá rekonstkukční metoda. Methods for fully-automatic generation of FE model are shortly discussed in the paper. There are two basic principles of reconstruction, voxel-based and volume-based methods. The voxel model generation is based on checking all pixel values and defining voxels by means of the selected pixels.
