Autor: Rosová Valérie Název bakalářské práce: Vliv slatinných koupelí na proces hojení experimentálně navozené zánětlivé léze Studijní obor: Zdravotní laborant, kombinovaná forma Cíl práce: Cílem pokusu bylo objasnit efekt slatinných koupelí experimentálně navozeného subakutního zánětu pravé zadní tlapky u potkanů obou pohlaví. V pokuse jsme se snažili odlišit vliv samotného tepla a samotného léčebného bahna. Materiál a metody: Smísili jsme 5 g parafínového oleje s 5 g lanolinu a s 5 ml teplem usmrcených Streptoccocus pyogenes B stock. Suspenze byla 60 minut homogenizovaná v ultrazvukové lázni. Navození artritidy: Artritida byla navozena dvěma podkožními injekcemi 100 μl připravené suspenze do pravé zadní tlapky (jednotlivé podání v odstupu 8 dní). Pokusy byly provedeny na dospělých potkanech kmene Wistar. Potkani byli rozděleni do 5 skupin po 6 samcích a samicích. Během pokusu byli 4 - 5x týdně na 20 minut (celkem 34x) umístěni do chovných nádob s různým testovacím materiálem. Závěr: Mezi pohlavím byly zaznamenány rozdíly při hojení zánětu v různých koupelích. Subakutní zánět vedl k poklesu koncentrací hemoglobinu i počtu leukocytů, naopak zvyšoval cirkulující imunokomplexy (CIK) v séru. U samců hojení nejlépe probíhalo v bahenní koupeli pokojové teploty (snížení CIK a nízký počet neutrofilů) a teplé bahno... Fieldof study: Medical laboratory technician, combined study from Aim of the thesis: The aim of the experiment was to clarify the effect of mud baths on experimentally induced subacute inflammation of the right hind paw of rats of both sexes. In the experiment, we tried to distinguish the influence of therapeutic mud and the effect of heat itself. Material and methods: We mixed 5 g of paraffin oil with 5 g of lanolin and 5 ml of heat-killed Streptococcus pyogenes B stock. The suspension is homogenized for 60 minutes in an ultrasonic bath. Induction of arthritis: Arthritis was induced by two subcutaneous injection 100 μl of the prepared suspension applied to the right hind paw (spaced by 8 days). Experiments were conducted on adult Wistar rats. The rats were divided into 5 groups of 6 male and 6 female. During the experiment were 4 to 5 times a week for 20 minutes (total 34x) placed in rearing containers with different materials. Conclusion: Differences were observed between the sexes in the healing of inflammation in different baths. Subacute inflammation led to a decrease in hemoglobin and leukocyte count, on the contrary, increased circulating immune complexes (CIC)...
