[cze][eng] Samotným těžištěm bakalářské práce je analýza jednotlivých memoárů dělnických vůdců. Interpretační důraz je kladen na využití sociálně historického, politickohistorického a kulturně antropologického přístupu k tématu. Proto se autor převážně zaměří na formativní zážitky autorů vzpomínek, tj. na jejich zkušenosti se sociálním, kulturním, hospodářským a národnostním prostředím a okolím, zejména pak na zážitky chudoby, ponížení, vyloučení z šancí na sociální postup, vykořisťování ze strany zaměstnavatele, genderového a duchovního útlaku. Doplňkovým pramenem je analýza novinových článků v soudobých periodikách. Metodologické podněty budou čerpány z odborné literatury.The actual focus of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the memoirs of labour leaders. Interpretive emphasis is placed on the use of socio-historical, politico historical and culture- anthropological approach of the topic. Therefore, the author focus mainly on the formative experiences of the author's memoirs, i. e. on their experiences with social, cultural, economic and ethnic background and environment, especially the experiences of poverty, humiliation, disqualification of social progress, exploitation by employer, gender and spiritual oppression. Supplementary source is the analysis of newspaper articles in contemporary periodicals. Methodological suggestions will be drawn from literature.
