[cze][eng] Změny porodnosti se zaměřením na porodní hmotnost Abstrakt Cílem práce bylo studium porodní hmotnosti od druhé poloviny minulého století do současnosti. Vývoj a současný stav porodní hmotnosti byl rozdělen do dvou samostatných kapitol, a to podle vitality na živě narozené a mrtvě narozené. Živě i mrtvě narození byli analyzováni podle důležitých charakteristik novorozenců. Podrobnější zpracování bylo zaměřeno na pohlaví narozených, rodinný stav matky a vzdělání matky. Cílem bylo také vymezit faktory, které porodní hmotnost ovlivňují. Ty byly rozděleny do třech skupin, na faktory demografické a genetické, faktory spojené s porodem a těhotenstvím a faktory životního stylu, kde byly dále podrobně popsány. Development and current situation of the birth weight was divided into two separate chapters, according to the vitality to live born and stillborn. Both live born and stillborn was analyzed according to characteristics of newborn. Detailed elaboration was focused on infant sex, marital status, and education of mother. The aim was also to describe factors impacting birth weight. These were divided into three groups, demographic and constitutional, obsteric factors and lifestyle factors, and there were detailed described.
