Práce postihuje vývoj sociálně prostorové diferenciace v regionu NUTS II Severovýchod na základě dat z posledních čtyř celorepublikových sčítání. Sledování probíhá na lokální úrovni reprezentované obcemi. Zároveň je představen tentýž region v českém a evropském kontextu. Kvantitativní výzkum potvrdil očekávané tendence, kdy se od sčítání v roce 1991 (první sčítání po pádu socialistického režimu s dominantními nivelizačními tendencemi) zvyšuje koncentrace jádrových i periferních území bez ohledu na populační velikost obcí a mnohdy také překračující hranice správních obvodů obcí s rozšířenou působností. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) Bachelor's thesis covers the development of socio-spatial differentiation in region NUTS II Severovýchod at the base of the data from the last four nationwide census. Monitoring is executed at the local level represented by municipalities. The region is also introduced in the Czech and European context. Quantitative research confirmed the expected trends. The concentration of core and peripheral areas has increased from the census in 1991 (the first census after the fall of socialism) regardless the population size of municipalities.
