Chirální stacionární fáze na bázi R-naftylethylem derivatizovaného cyklofruktanu byla využita pro separaci enantiomerů vybraných derivátů tryptofanu. Dělení probíhalo v normálním separačním módu, kde byla testována různá složení mobilní fáze a přídavky minoritních modifikátorů. Cílem práce bylo nalézt vhodné podmínky pro enantioseparaci. Chiral stationary phase based on R-naphtylethyl derivatized cyclofructan was used for separation of tryptophan derivatives. In normal mode were tested different compositions of mobile phase and minorite modifiers. The aim of this work was to find suitable separation conditions.
